Secure, fast and easy payment of fines
Constats Express is an online payment service which allows you to securely pay fines by credit card. In addition, when you use Constats Express, the data from your Quebec services account will automatically be transmitted to the issuing municipal court.

- Click on the name of the municipal court corresponding to the fine being paid.
The name of the municipal court appears at the top of the front side of the fine. - Select «Payment of a Notice of Offence» in the top menu.
- Fill in the information required.
- Confirm payment.
When your information has been confirmed, your file will instantly be updated at the municipal court concerned. Online payment does not immediately remove the suspension of a licence. The municipal court will forward proof of payment of your fine to the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ). It is your responsibility to ensure that the SAAQ restores your privilege to drive, sell, or register a vehicle before you get back on the road. - Receive your confirmation by email.
If you encounter any difficulties, or if an error message prevents you from completing your transaction, we suggest that you contact the applicable municipal court directly. Payment collection officials will be able to validate your information and ensure that your transaction goes through.

- Fill in the information required.
- Confirm payment.
When your information has been confirmed, your file will instantly be updated at the municipal court concerned. Online payment does not immediately remove the suspension of a licence even if it was the last payment on your payment agreement. The municipal court will forward proof of payment of your fine to the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ). Terms of Use
- Fines related to the Highway Safety Code and to municipal bylaws can be paid using Constats Express.
- Fines must be paid in full.
- Constats Express accepts payment by credit card (Visa and MasterCard) only.
- Administrative fees apply to payments made through Constats Express. These fees can vary according to the municipal court concerned. Consult the website of the city in question for applicable fees.
- Credit card fees may also apply. Contact your card issuer for fee information.
- Online payment does not immediately revoke the suspension of a licence. The municipal court will forward proof of payment of your fine to the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ).
